In Preparation for the NGO Day on the 16th of October, 2024, The Ministry of Gender, Community Development and Social Welfare in conjunction with NGO Regulatory Authority (NGORA) and Council for Non-Governmental Organisations in Malawi (CONGOMA) have organised sectoral Workshops which started on Wednesday, 9th October, 2024 at Amaryllis Hotel in Blantyre. The first one of these was the Education Sectoral Workshop. The workshops are centring on Best Practices and Collaboration, Policy Gaps, Sustainability/Localisation, and Joint Financing Mechanisms. The Education Sectoral workshop today has attracted NGOs in Education, Government Ministries, Development partners and the Private Sector.
Health Sector and Agriculture Sector Workshop will be conducted tomorrow, 10 October and Friday, 11th October respectively at Amaryllis Hotel in Blantyre.

NGOs implored to align their development projects to MW2063 national vision
